How this app works

Using a managed app, Seismic administrators access CRM data to configure the objects and fields Seismic should leverage and ingest for purposes like augmenting analytics dashboards. Once connected, the Seismic Business Data app feeds CRM data to the enhanced role-based dashboards. These enhanced dashboards put Seismic data in the context of CRM, giving visibility to Seismic content that moves opportunities and at which stage there is most valuable.

Use Seismic Business Data Enrichment to: 

  • Identify which content correlates with closed-won opportunities. 
  • Learn from the most successful teams within the organization with regard to how often and how much they engage with prospects. 
  • Find the sweet spot for how engagement leads to positive closed-won opportunities.
  • Compare content strategies between closed won and closed lost opportunities.
Prerequisites

The user who will be setting up the data source/app must have: 

  • Access to the app reg application (Seismic Administrator). 
  • Access to all of the necessary data in the data source (Salesforce or Dynamics). 
  • Specific CRM settings are known to prevent a successful connection. In order to connect to the app, the following settings are required.
  • The Salesforce Lock sessions to the IP address from which they originated setting should be disabled.
