Users can easily access Brainshark Learning and Coaching pages directly from the Seismic navigation bar. Additionally, Brainshark content is displayed in search results alongside Seismic content, allowing for a unified search experience.

The app also enables automatic synchronization of Brainshark usage data with Seismic's LiveInsights reports, providing enhanced visibility into readiness and engagement activities. These reports combine Brainshark training data with Seismic content analytics and CRM data, providing comprehensive insights for improved decision-making.

How this app works

Use Brainshark integration to:

Access to embedded pages: open the Brainshark Learning or Coaching page with a click of a button. When users are not actively logged into their Brainshark accounts, they'll be prompted to authenticate.
Enable global search: searches for Seismic content will also return matches for content and training in the linked Brainshark account. Only Brainshark content that the search has permissions to access will be shown.
Shared usage data: access to Brainshark usage data about course and curriculum enrollments and completion is available in LiveInsights. This data may be used for DIY dashboard creation or viewed in several new Seismic-managed dashboards.

How this app works
